Linking Billit with KBC Touch
Does your company have multiple business accounts in KBC Touch? Then start by setting a default account from which you want to make payments.

1. Select the 'Payments' tab in the KBC Touch dashboard and click 'Entrepreneur Cockpit'.
2. Select the company that is linked to your Billit account from the dropdown menu.

Have you already linked Billit and KBC Touch without setting up a default account? Then unlink Billit in KBC Touch, set your default account, and link it with Billit again.

1. Click the cogwheel icon at the top right of the diagrams in your Entrepreneur Cockpit.
2. A slide-in appears in which you can unlink Billit.
After unlinking, you must wait 15 minutes before you can try to link Billit and KBC Touch again. This is a security feature.
FAQ
Q : I can't link KBC Touch and Billit.
A: This can happen when you're not a legal representative of the company you're trying to link up with. Only a legal representatives listed in the Crossroads Banks for Enterprises can make the connection. A permanent representative or natural person can not do this.
