With this integration accountants using AdminPulse can import UBL invoices directly in Billit. Next, the invoices can be imported in the accounting software directly, along with other invoices from the same account. When invoices get the status 'Paid' in Billit this status will be transfered to AdminPulse as well.

With this integration accountants using AdminPulse can import UBL invoices directly in Billit. Next, the invoices can be imported in the accounting software directly, along with other invoices from the same account. When invoices get the status 'Paid' in Billit this status will be transfered to AdminPulse as well.

1. Navigate in AdminPulse to 'General settings'. If you have several companies, you should first select the correct company tab.

2. Change the Export method to Admin-Connect in the Invoice settings.

3. Click the 'Link' symbol next to Admin-Connect.

 

4. A new page will open where you can set up the Billit connection. Click 'Connect' in the Billit tile to configure the connection.

5. Log in with your Billit account and select the company you want to connect.

6. After logging in, you can also choose to transfer the Billit payment status to AdminPulse.

As soon as the connection is made, you can easily export invoices in Billit by clicking 'Global actions' in the menu 'Invoicing'. Next, click 'Export all not-exported invoices'. Your invoices will appear in your customer's Fast input to be processed, or directly in the expenditure list of the option process UBL automatically is enabled. If you have checked this option during installation, the Billit payment status will be transfered to AdminPulse. When your customer pays an invoice and the automatic payment check is active, the payment status in AdminPulse will also get updated.
