GetMyInvoices is a central invoice management platform. The platform automatically retrieves invoices and other documents from hundreds of sources, ranging from email boxes and online services such as Billit to scanned documents. All these documents are collected in one place from which they can in turn be synchronised with other services and software, such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Linking Billit and GetMyInvoices allows you to synchronise Billit invoices with other storage services. First you import the Billit invoices into GetMyInvoices, then you can synchronise them from GetMyInvoices with other services such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Prices for a GetMyInvoices account are available at www.getmyinvoices.com. Some of the software or services to which you can export to from GetMyInvoices are also subject to a fee. Here are some popular software packages that you can connect to via GetMyInvoices:

The integration with GetMyInvoices is established from within GetMyInvoices. In a first step, you need to create an account with GetMyInvoices*. You can do this via www.getmyinvoices.com or by clicking the "Available" button on the GetMyInvoices tile in the "Integrations" sub-menu of the "Settings" menu.

Once you have created an account in GetMyInvoices, go to the "Sync" menu and click on the plug in the top right corner.
Then click on the '+' button to add Billit to your synchronised accounts.
Click "Import" to choose the software that allows you to import documents into GetMyInvoices.
In the next window, you can choose the software from which you want to import documents into GetMyInvoices. Check the "Billit" tile by clicking on it and then click on "Continue".
A Billit registration window will open. Log in using your login details and choose the companies whose documents you wish to import into GetMyInvoices. You may then be asked to allow pop-ups for GetMyInvoices. These are necessary to use GetMyInvoices.
Then, the Billit account whose documents you wish to synchronise with GetMyInvoices will appear in the list of synchronised accounts.
In the "Documents" menu you can now see all invoices synchronised with GetMyInvoices from Billit. Please note that the first time you synchronise, it may take some time before all documents are displayed in GetMyInvoices.
In return, you can now synchronise the files with one of the many services that GetMyInvoices synchronises with, such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft Dynamics 365. To do this, return to the "Sync" menu to select the software with which you want GetMyInvoices to synchronise. Instead of "Import", select "Export". There you will find all the software and services you can use to synchronise GetMyInvoices. Choose the software and service you wish to export to and click "Continue".
Once the accounts are linked as described in the installation, the documents are automatically synchronised between Billit, GetMyInvoices and any third party software you may have linked to GetMyInvoices. Please note that some of these services and software are paid for, the cost price of your GetMyInvoices account does not include the cost of using this software.
