Receiving verification emails
I haven't received a verification mail from Billit. What should I do?
Billit will send you a verification email in some cases when it is necessary to verify your identity. Those emails are sent to the email address set up in your profile. If the emails don't arrive, try the following:
- - Make sure the email address in your profile is correct
- - Check your spam folder
- - Contact your mail server host. It is possible that their spam filter is set too strict and is blocking all emails from Billit. Ask your host to allow this and mark the domain "@billit" as a safe sender
