Receiving payroll XML files

Send your entrepreneurs' payroll XML files directly to Billit

 

Billit can also process documents from your client's social secretariat such as payroll XML files. The software will be able to recognize the files automatically. As an accountant, you can follow the step-by-step plan for your social secretariat below.

 

 

How to process payroll XML files:

  1. Your entrepreneurs request their payroll XML files from Acerta
  2. They forward them to Fast input. Billit will automatically recognise the type of document
  3. The XML files automatically appear in the 'Document' menu
  4. When you export your entrepreneurs' invoices the XMLs are automatically included

 

 

How to process payroll XML files:

  1. As an accountant, indicate in your SD Worx environment that you want to have the payroll files sent to an email address
  2. Now fill in the Fast input email address linked to your interpreneur
  3. Your client will receive the files in the menu 'Fast input'. Billit automatically recognises the file type
  4. The XML files automatically appear in the 'Document' menu
  5. When you export your entrepreneur's invoices the XMLs are automatically included
