Selecting documents across multiple pages

How to easily filter your documents in Billit

 

When you have collected a lot of invoices in Billit, they will be spread over multiple pages. If you want to perform an action at once like changing a status or making an export, you can do this across the pages. Your selection will be stored in the meantime.

This filter function is available for invoices, reminders, periodic invoicing, credit notes, quotations, order forms and delivery notes.

Making a selection

1. Open the menu from which you want to select documents, such as 'Invoices'
2. Select a document by clicking in the box at the beginning of each invoice line
3. Go to the next page by clicking on the page number at the bottom. The selection you made on the previous pages is saved. The total number of documents you selected appears next to the action buttons
4. When you have finished selecting, click on an action button to confirm

Setting up an additional filter

You can also make a selection while setting up a filter. For example, search a customer's name to see all relevant documents. If you had already selected documents before applying a filter, that selection will be saved. The same applies if your selection is no longer visible in the list due to the new filter.
